Inclusive Innovations Ltd distributes and sells goods (e.g. iiCaps) under the current e-commerce legislation and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
Ordering of Goods
All goods (e.g. iiCap) sold are handled by Inclusive Innovations Ltd which has given the clearest description it can on the goods it has placed on the website (e.g. www.drkinkam.com). If you are unclear on any product description, delivery time or price quoted then please email [email protected]
Prices of goods advertised on the website
Prices of goods and services include VAT and all other taxation.
Overseas customers (i.e. outside the UK) are not able to claim exemption from VAT.
Confirmation of Order
After making the order the consumer will be sent confirmation of the order by e-mail within 24 hours. Inclusive Innovations Ltd. does not take order from telephone, post, or fax.
The time for delivery of each product is specified on the website and is usually 2-3 working days. Note during promotional period when there is no additional postage and packing, we deliver via Royal Mail second class post, so the delivery period will be between 4 to 7 working days instead.
Cooling off period
The customer has 14 working days to cancel the order. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The customer must notify Inclusive Innovations Ltd at its registered trading address in writing either by e-mail or letter within 14 days of delivery that it wishes to cancel the order.
The customer should send the goods back to Inclusive Innovations Ltd. The customer is responsible for returning the goods at their own cost and they should obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office or other proof of posting as if the good is not received back by us, then no refund can be given. Until the goods have been handed back to Inclusive Innovations Ltd., the customer is under an obligation to ensure that the goods are kept safe and in the same condition as they were delivered in with a duty to return the goods to Inclusive Innovations Ltd.
Refunds of money
Inclusive Innovations Ltd. will reimburse any customer who is not satisfied with the goods within 3 days of return.
Non-delivery of goods
If Inclusive Innovations Ltd is unable to meet the usual deadline for the delivery of personalised goods, then it will inform the customer as soon as possible but no later than 7 days before the deadline delivery date.
If Inclusive Innovations Ltd does not agree then the contract is cancelled and any monies paid will be returned within 30 days.
Inclusive Innovations Ltd accepts all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal.
Inclusive Innovations Ltd does not accept cash or cheque orders but will only accept secure orders through the internet site, with all transactions handled securely by PayPal.
